Overview

To be successful in the position, we believe that you are someone who knows the accounting subject and is enthusiastic about providing good internal service. Excellent communication skills and a great commitment will get you far. You will quickly gain responsibility in the role, with ongoing support from colleagues in the office.

Are you up for the challenge?

As our new accounting colleague your role and responsibilities will include:

• You are supporting our invoicing / accounts receivable team and customer support internally.
• You are the contact person for our suppliers for account clarification.
• You create, transfer, and monitor payment runs.
• You calculate and book accruals and reserves.
• You check, scan, allocate and book supplier invoices, credit card statements, travel expenses, and banks.
• Your tasks also include the creation of entries relevant to financial statements in the general ledger.
• You will support the team in the preparation of the annual financial statements of the individual group companies as well as special projects and general tasks.
• You will have a lot of fun!

• You have completed training in the field of accounting or have comparable training with professional experience
• You are experienced in using Microsoft Excel and interested in learning new systems.
• Ideally, you have experience in group accounting, but this is not a must.
• Knowledge of Xledger would be an advantage.
• An independent, structured, and autonomous working style distinguishes you.
• You are willing to actively participate in shaping change.
• Your Norwegian and English skills are fluent in spoken and written.
