As a Business/Technical Consultant, you will play a central role in facilitating the seamless migration of customers from various local systems to Infront's flagship product, Investment Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and setting up the product for customers, providing ongoing support, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME). You will work closely with local teams across Europe, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Administration, and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Migration and Setup:
- Lead the process of migrating customer data and systems to Investment Manager.
- Configure and customize Investment Manager to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency during the migration process.
Customer Support:
- Provide expert support to customers throughout the migration process and beyond.
- Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by customers.
- Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to help customers effectively use the product.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your deep knowledge of Investment Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Product Management team to help improve the product.
Collaboration with Local Teams:
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align customer requirements with product development.
- Support Customer Support teams in addressing complex customer issues.
- Coordinate with Sales Administration and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract and billing processes.
