As a Contract Manager - Content Licensing, you will act as a key interface between internal departments such as Sales and Content and our international data suppliers. As part of our Content Licensing Team, you will play a central role in the Purchase-to-Pay process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Negotiating delivery terms with international data suppliers (e.g., stock exchanges, news agencies, brokers, and rating agencies) for customer projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts in German and English, including pricing and usage rights.
- Preparing and managing supplier agreements in German and English.
- Supporting the sales team in RFP processes by providing commercial input on the use of stock exchange data, broker data, news, and rating agency content.
- Ensuring the smooth internal processing of changes to delivery conditions.
- Serving as the main point of contact for sales and product management teams, both domestically and internationally.
- Documenting delivery conditions in the company’s proprietary permissions system.

- Degree in law or a comparable legal qualification.

- Quick adaptability to technical contexts and complex information.
- Detail-oriented and structured, even under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
