About the Role

Inspire Infront customers with excellent service, product training and success!

We are looking for competent and enthusiastic team players to join our Customer Success Management team in the DACH+L region.

In a varied and exciting role, you will use your knowledge of financial markets, technical and customer service skills to support users of our solutions and assist the sales team in the presales phase. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act proactively with our customers, thereby ensuring customer retention and increasing customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with other departments to assist with product development, sales, and other cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

  • As a proactive Customer Success Manager, you will service accounts.
  • You will provide excellent service and expert product knowledge
  • Provide product training to our customers to add value to our products
  • You will identify specific customer needs to prevent cancellations and churn
  • Promote Infront solutions to existing customers
  • You contribute to cross-functional projects
  • You test newly developed Infront product features
  • Support Infront sales before, during and after signing contracts with customers
  • Managing delivery projects
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Perform scheduled reviews and reports to our customers
  • Provide constructive feedback for the development of Infront solutions

Who you are

  • Good general computer skills
  • Analytical and proactive approach to problem solving
  • English and German language skills, both written and spoken
  • A calm, professional demeanor and ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
  • Ability to empathize with customers and act accordingly
  • A genuine enthusiasm for our customers and learning new topics
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn as a team player
  • Willingness to take responsibility and initiative
  • Motivation to deliver excellent customer service (both internally and externally)
  • Excited to work in a fast paced environment
