Die Position

As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our professional financial market clients and prospects. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will leverage your customer service expertise, technical aptitude, and interest in financial markets to provide outstanding support and solutions. As you develop hands-on expertise with our products and services, you will also have opportunities to collaborate across departments, contributing to product development initiatives, sales support activities, and a variety of cross-functional projects.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver high-quality customer support and user training to banks, asset managers, and Infront's direct clients via telephone, email, and support ticketing systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact and operational key account for assigned clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to provide outstanding service and support to our users.
    Contribute to initiatives and projects within the Client Services team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, working with colleagues across different business areas.
  • Test and validate newly developed Infront product features, providing valuable feedback to support product quality and innovation.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide constructive customer insights and feedback to support the continuous development and enhancement of Infront's software solutions.

Ihr Profil

 

  • A degree or relevant qualification, preferably in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Solid computer literacy and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and systems.
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and assume responsibility.
  • A passion for innovative technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in financial markets or within a fintech environment would be considered a strong advantage.
