As a Data Analyst in Infront, you will play a crucial role in collecting and processing information to support our Sales and Corp. Management functions. Your expertise in Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and Power BI will be instrumental in building cross-department workflows and transforming data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and gather relevant information from various sources, such as internal systems, reports, interviews, and external databases.
• Organize and structure the collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build process workflows between different functional areas with PowerAutomate.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerApps to develop user-friendly data collection forms and workflows.
• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards using Power BI to present data in a meaningful way.
• Analyze the collected data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and management, to understand their information needs and provide relevant insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques.

• A professional in data analysis open for a part-time opportunity within financial technology and/or IT security. Or,
• currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, data science, or a related discipline).
• Extremely necessary: knowledge in Microsoft PowerAutomate, Microsoft PowerApps, and Power BI (we have the Microsoft 365 E5 license).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders (English is mandatory, and German is beneficial).
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
