DevOps Team Lead – Nearshoring & Partnerships


Are you an experienced technical expert with the ability to lead and coach others?


The Opportunity

 

We are seeking for 2 enthusiastic and diligent team players to lead and support our nearshoring teams and strategic technology initiatives.

The DevOps Team Lead role is diverse and exciting, with responsibilities across resource management, leadership, planning, technical and operational support. As DevOps Team Lead you will also liaise with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners and vendors.

Duties

  • Manage and empower our various nearshoring teams to ensure delivery of target technology milestones and initiatives.
  • Driving forward key technical projects, ensuring milestones are met, reporting on progress and providing management updates.
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with third party vendors and partners.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a successful operating model for the nearshoring workforce.
  • Support the nearshoring processes including recruitment, management and onboarding of consultants.

Who you are

  • An extensive technical support background, with experience across Infront core technology and products.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead, manage and support a team.
  • A strong capacity for planning /decision-making with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A customer focus, with excellent communication and relationship management skills

Required experience/skills

  • Highly organized, methodical and have a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to support technical teams to deliver technology initiatives through planning, removal of blockages and facilitating cross communication.
  • Demonstrated experience of broad technical problem solving
  • A strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial markets and products
  • Experience working as part of cross-functional teams spanning geographic locations.
