In this key position we are looking for someone who can continue to make Infront a place where people like to work by constantly improving the commitment and skills of its employees. You develop a feel for the needs of our organization and its leaders, and are the mouthpiece of the managers and the HR Experts.
Your area of responsibility:
- Design training and development programmes for Infront and thus find the best solutions for our employees' needs
- Help us to implement our values in the daily processes of the entire company
- You support our managers in strengthening their position as "people managers"
- You are the first point of contact and advisor for all managers within the DACH region in all organisational matters
- You implement HR tools and support employees in their application (e.g. in the context of personnel development, further training, appraisal interviews) and always have the objectives of our company in mind
- You will work closely with Talent Aquistion and HR Administration to ensure smooth processes
- You will be involved in the implementation of a common culture that will take Infront successfully into the future
- You support other HR business partners and talent acquisition in case of vacation and/or illness
