About the Role

 

Infront is going through a very exciting growth phase, and we are looking for a new Human Resources Business Partner to join our Oslo office. A complete new setup and framework will be created and rolled out in most of Infront’s Human Resources / People management agenda, and this role will have an intensive impact on it.

 

Reporting directly to our CHRO, as an HRBP you will be a key element in our matrix organization. As a primary point of contact for employees, managers and C-suite, you will help solve HR related issues, and contribute to achieve the business objectives through the optimization of the HR processes, policies, and guidelines.

 

What you will do

  • Ensure a good employee experience throughout employee lifecycle.
  • Function as primary point of contact on fundamental HR topics, questions and issues for all employees and managers.
  • Provide strategic HR advice.
  • Implement people development programs.
  • Manage the organizational and cultural change process together with the CHRO & Leadership team to ensure a result driven, entrepreneurial, and performance-oriented company culture.
  • Implement the Performance Management System.
  • Ensure that the development and application of HR policies, processes and systems in the geographies covered are properly translated to local culture and legislation and guarantees full compliance with the set standards.
  • Lead country related HR activities & initiatives, ensuring consistency across the countries under responsibility for all HR policies and employee experience.
  • Provide upwards feedback to CHRO to optimize existing processes, rules and guidelines.
  • Ensure close collaboration with and involvement of local employee associations.
  • Partner with Human Resource team and local leadership to attract, select and retain key talent within region / Employer of Choice.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in HR function with at least 4 in HR manager / HRBP role.
  • 4+ years of experience in international / multicultural environment.
  • Business fluent in English and Norwegian.
  • Good knowledge of local labor law / employee's associations regulations.
