As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be pivotal in facilitating the company's transition to Oracle NetSuite. Your responsibilities will include managing customer onboarding, setting up subscriptions, and overseeing invoicing processes to ensure seamless and accurate billing operations. This role offers an immediate start and begins with a temporary contract, providing you the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and manage customer data updates.
  • Set up and manage customer subscriptions, including processing changes and fee adjustments.
  • Issue invoices, e-invoices, and credit notes with accuracy.
  • Respond to customer invoice-related queries via email.
  • Review draft customer contracts/orders (primarily in German) to ensure accurate subscription setups.
  • Extract and input relevant order information from contracts into the invoicing system.
  • Support the transition to Oracle NetSuite, including onboarding and offboarding customers.

Who you are

  • Experience in invoicing and administrative tasks, ideally within a customer service or back-office role.
  • Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, particularly in billing functions (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Immediate availability with the ability to quickly adapt to the role.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
