As a Project Manager and Customer Consultant, together with other stakeholders in Infront, you will implement our products and solutions in our customers' system landscapes. In the area of Data Management Solutions, you will record the requirements in a structured manner and implement them yourself. In the area of our Trading Solutions, you take the role as a project manager and implement the relevant solution together with the project team.
- You are taking the role as a project manager to onboard new customers to our platforms.
- You support Infront clients in implementing and using our Data Manager and Trading products.
- You are point of contact for our clients and their questions regarding the products in the onboarding/implementation phase.
- You work in close cooperation with other departments (Development, Content, and Operations) to adjust the solutions to the needs of our clients.
- From time to time, you support sales process by planning new implementations.
- You give input to our Product Management to enhance our products and solutions.
