Join our multicultural team in Frankfurt as a Purchasing Contract Manager, where you will be the bridge between our internal Content and Sales departments and our international data suppliers. Your legal or even economics insights will play a key role in our Purchase-to-Pay process. Leverage your expertise to ensure compliance and effective negotiations.

Your role will involve:

• Negotiating delivery terms with international data suppliers (such as stock exchanges, news agencies, brokers, rating agencies).
• Crafting, drafting, and evaluating supplier contracts in both German and English. You'll also independently handle price and usage rights negotiations.
• Preparing, generating, and reviewing supplier agreements in both languages.
• Assisting our sales team during RFP processes, particularly concerning commercial conditions for utilizing data from sources like stock exchanges, brokers, news, and rating agencies.
• Ensuring seamless internal processing of changes in delivery conditions.
• Taking the lead as the primary contact for sales and product management teams, both locally and internationally.
• Documenting delivery conditions within our proprietary permissions system.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in law, economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrates fluent business proficiency in both German and English.
• Embodies a strong sense of dedication and approaches tasks systematically, always keeping the customer at the forefront.
• Excels in communication, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Adapts swiftly to technical intricacies.
• Executes tasks meticulously, methodically, and efficiently, even when facing tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in using MS Office applications.
