About the Role

At Infront, we’re dedicated to driving innovation and growth, for our business and for our people. As demand for our solutions continues to rise across the Nordics, we’re expanding our team in Sweden to unlock new opportunities and strengthen our market leadership. To support this journey, we’re looking for a Swedish-speaking Sales Manager.

As our new sales colleague, your role and responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for acquiring new clients in the financial market segment, as well as expanding business with existing customers within your assigned accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage and close both short- and long-term sales cycles
  • You are an ambassador for our company and technology at trade shows, events and roadshows and roundtables.
  • You increase our brand awareness through your drive and by using your network to approach new relationships. Ideally, you should therefore have an existing network that you can use within trading, asset management and private banking, in which we want to increase market share (buy-side and sell-side).
  • You will work closely with our account managers, solution consultants, customer service managers, marketers and product managers to become successful.

Who you are

We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are passionate about sales and would like to work in an international environment. Here's what you need to be successful as a Sales Manager at Infront:

  • Fluent in English and Swedish: You will be connecting with prospects in the financial sector, so excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Swedish are essential.
  • Experience in selling market data or tools for risk, valuation, and regulatory reporting is a strong advantage, though not required.
  • Experienced Sales Hunter: You are driven by generating new business. You are a born hunter with a keen instinct for spotting opportunities and winning new customers, especially in a complex and challenging market.
  • Methodical and Goal-Oriented: You're used to working with proven sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, and you're constantly qualifying leads to maximize the chances of success.
  • Affinity with FinTech and SaaS: You have industry experience and understand what it means to work with a SaaS model. You have a keen understanding of the needs of traders, banks, asset managers and asset managers.
  • Curious and Resilient: You have an inquisitive attitude and can deal with rejections without losing your enthusiasm. You see every prospect as a new opportunity.
  • Growth Mindset: You understand that you can always learn something and are open to feedback, because you know that continuous improvement is the key to long-term success.
