About the Role

In your role as Sales Operations & CRM Manager, you will be a key contributor in supporting our Customer Facing teams to successfully serve our customers. This role can be based in one of our offices (Kaiserlautern, Rimpar, Frankfurt) and remote

Your tasks:

  • CRM Administrator (system support, updates, functionalities, interfaces, further development or migrations)
  • Training and education for users (new users and in case of changes of the system) as well as support in case of questions and technical contact CRM
  • 1st level support in case of errors (recording, analysis, correction)
  • Operational project cooperation with the CRM system provider
  • Data quality monitoring, data cleansing and execution of data exports and imports with preparation in Excel
  • Sales campaigns and controlling
  • Creation of reports, dashboards and KPI visualizations with different systems or tools (CRM, BI, Excel) for all relevant Infront departments (e.g. targets and result calculations, sales activities and NPS, reports on sales and pipeline, account evaluations)
  • Content-related collaboration with various Infront departments as well as process-related reconciliations
 

Who you are

  • You have completed your studies in the field of economics, IT, etc. or have a comparable education.
  • You have experience in the administration of CRM software (Salesforce, Freshsales or comparable)
  • You have already proven your very good Excel skills (e.g. in internships or projects)
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the following areas:
    • Big Data Analytics/BI
    • Relational databases/SQL or ETL (Pentaho, Access)
    • KPI Visualization/BI Tools (Microstrategy BI, Tableau)
    • Process management tools (Visio, Signavio, Trello,MS Planner)
  • You are excited to work with an international sales team and other stakeholders
  • You are a team player and have strong communication and analytical skills
  • You have the ability to quickly get to grips with different problems and work out solutions independently
  • Your English skills are fluent, German skills are an advantage
