As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking a talented leader for our Business Consulting team, to join our ranks and spearhead the implementation of our Data Management Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, driving excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Support clients in implementing and utilizing our Data Manager Products, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating projects and ensuring successful implementation.
• Act as a project manager for mid-sized implementation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing expert guidance and support.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Content teams to tailor solutions to the unique needs of our clients.
• Work in tandem with Pre-Sales/Sales teams to support sales initiatives and enhance product offerings.

• Completely fluent in German. Business level in English.
• A well-organized team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for leadership.
• Possess a degree in an IT-related field or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in market data and database management, with a strong technical aptitude.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Service-oriented with a consulting mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Knowledge or experience in regulatory requirements for asset managers is a plus.
