We are looking for talented and motivated students to join our Strategy and Transformation Team in Frankfurt am Main and in Oslo, Norway. You will be part of a small and very international team of Process, Lean, Agile and Project Management Experts driving the Strategy and Transformation of Infront across all functions and regions.
Projects stretch from Frankfurt, to Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Amsterdam and other locations. You will be required to support projects in a project management office capacity as well as to provide hands on support in specific projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will support the optimization of processes using different process improvement techniques
- You will support the organisation through the facilitation of workshops and meetings
- You will document processes and procedures
- You will support project office operations and colleagues across projects and follow up project milestones
- You will support/ lead specific projects, set up project plans and define milestones
- You will take on special design tasks
- Provide general support with note taking/setting up workshops/ facilitation during workshops
Other adhoc project work as required
