Together with the CRM team, the Head of CRM builds a solid customer relationship and understands the needs of the market and the customers. Furthermore, the whole team is the point of contact for new customer requirements and passes these on to the Development team in a documented manner.
- Initiates and promotes customer loyalty and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Maintains regular contact with clients.
- Ensures that proper documentation is in place for each client relationship: client needs, project plan.
- Suggests to management which new customer requirements need to be invoiced.
- Is the first contact person along with the CRM team for support requests that do not concern 1st level support.
- Describes the customer's change requests.
