About the Role

 

We are in an exciting growth phase, and we are strengthening our presence in Italy. In this role, you will drive commercial growth and help build a high‑performing sales organization for the market. The landscape is evolving quickly, creating clear opportunities to deepen relationships with existing clients and win new ones. With Infront’s advanced and competitively priced technology, you’ll have strong tools to support your commercial strategy and deliver results.

 

As a Head of Sales you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an experienced sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and the consistent achievement of ambitious team targets.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key financial‑sector clients, focusing on both buy‑side and sell‑side customers.
  • Advise clients on the value and ROI of our SaaS solutions, supporting the team in winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Partner with leadership to shape and execute a growth‑focused sales strategy for the Italian market, contributing to Infront’s broader European expansion.

Who you are

 

You are a results‑driven leader with a strong track record in sales management and business development, capable of inspiring your team to exceed ambitious goals while delivering top performance. You bring a deep understanding of financial markets and a strong affinity for the financial services industry.

 

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading and managing high‑performing sales teams, driving results through structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to ensure consistent execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.
  • Strong track record in SaaS sales, ideally within the financial services sector (e.g., market data, investment management, or wealth management solutions), with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding demanding commercial targets.
  • Demonstrated experience running pipeline and deal reviews, understanding conversion ratios and key sales metrics, and knowing what it takes to craft winning proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals.
  • Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset, able to balance long‑term growth initiatives with short‑term business opportunities.
  • Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
