About Infront

At Infront, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, recognizing our diverse team as one of our most valuable assets.

For 25 years, Infront has been empowering financial market experts to make faster, smarter, compliant decisions. Over time, we have expanded our foundation by bringing together companies with more than 75 years of combined market experience and trust. All these years on, we're still building. Opening our new Madrid office marks an exciting next chapter, and we're growing our team in order to write it.

Our strength lies in market data, delivering reliable, accurate information through a powerful suite of tools, spanning Data Intelligence, Wealth Management solutions, and Trading & Investor solutions, that our users depend on every day. Today, we are one of Europe’s leading providers of market data and financial software, helping professionals navigate markets with confidence and speed.

About the Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help build the reporting and analytical backbone of our Revenue Operations function. You'll own how we measure the health of our revenue engine — pipeline, conversion, velocity, seller productivity, and forecasting accuracy — and turn that into insights that inform decisions from the management team up to the Board.

This is a role for someone who treats analysis as a starting point for a decision, not an end in itself. You'll work daily in Salesforce and our BI environment, but we're not looking for a Salesforce expert — we're looking for someone with real analytical curiosity who uses modern AI tools as part of how they naturally work, and who wants to grow their Salesforce and RevOps expertise over time with our support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline analytics and revenue performance reporting — pipeline health, stage conversion, deal velocity, coverage ratios, seller productivity, and other key commercial KPIs.
  • Go beyond the numbers: proactively investigate trends and anomalies, form hypotheses, and let the data guide what you dig into next.
  • Turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for the management team, ExCo, and Board — not just dashboards.
  • Support forecasting with data-driven, empirical baselines that inform real commercial decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models across Salesforce and our BI environment.
  • Spot recurring manual reports or analyses and automate them — using traditional automation and modern AI tools as part of your everyday workflow.
  • Apply techniques like trend, regression, and cohort analysis where they add real insight.
  • Partner with our Sales, CRM and BI Specialist to keep data clean, governed, and trustworthy.
  • Adjust how you present findings depending on your audience — a quick operational check-in looks different from a Board update.

Who you are

  • At least 2-3 years of experience of data analytics in a commercial setting
  • Genuine analytical curiosity. You don't wait to be told what to look at — you notice something interesting and dig in. You'd rather find the real answer than the first plausible one.
  • Comfort with SQL and a modern analysis toolkit. Python or R is a strong plus, especially if you've used it for regression, trend, or cohort analysis. You're not fazed by messy, real-world data.
  • Real, practical fluency with AI tools. You already use tools like Claude, or similar to work faster and go deeper — not as a novelty.
  • A decision-oriented mindset. When you finish an analysis, your instinct is to ask "so what should we do about this?" — and you're comfortable saying so clearly.
  • Confident communication across audiences. You can explain the same finding differently to an analyst, a manager, and a board member.
  • Project ownership. You can scope your own work, manage competing priorities, and see things through to delivery.
  • Comfort with SaaS commercial metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, churn) is a plus — or the ability to demonstrate you can learn them quickly from a related analytical background (e.g., FP&A, retail, financial services, or another commercial function).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM — no certification required today.

Our offer
