Our Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a new colleague to be based either in Frankfurt or Kaiserslautern or Oslo or Amsterdam.

In this brand-new role, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Transformation and will work closely with different business areas and international locations of Infront. You will be in the driving seat to implement and execute and getting things done.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead strategic execution, change project(s) or post-merger integration projects across organization
  • Drive analysis work and work on concepts, ability to have impact
  • Monitor benefit realization of the project and report regularly on the project progress, while managing the project risks
  • Implement change and be ambassador for the overall change process

Who you are

  • 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager in an international environment
  • Relevant working experience in financial services, bank or fintech
  • Excellence in stakeholder engagement and communication incl. C-Level
  • Hands-on mentality, getting things done
  • Problem solver, yes we can attitude and focus on delivering while mobilizing the organization
  • Experience in business analysis and writing specifications
  • Higher education in Business Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Certification in PMI, Prince2 is a plus
  • Excellent in English written and verbal; German, Norwegian or Italian is a plus
