Your responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions and seniority levels, staying hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and interview best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, GDPR, and hiring regulations across Europe.
  • Coordinate and deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience and support employer branding throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to identify bottlenecks, adapt hiring approaches, and improve outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, propose, and implement recruitment process improvements.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in both agency and in-house recruitment across multiple European countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record hiring across all functions, including Finance and Admin, HR, Legal, Product, Sales, and Tech, at all seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting recruitment tools and systems, with ATS implementation experience considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English, German is a strong advantage.
  • Takes ownership of recruitment activities and demonstrates accountability for results.
