As a Technical Supporter within the Office Support team, you are the hero of investigating and solving problems for users at all Infront subsidiaries (within 9 countries). You always immerse yourself in the end user and try to help him / her as best as possible by thinking together. With great pleasure you are committed to preparing workplaces for use, installing software, and arranging authorisations. You receive energy from a user who, through your help, has progressed.

Is the problem too big? Then you will know how to find the right link within the organisation in no time. You work closely together with the Office Automation team who provides automation solutions, standards, and tools for Office Support.

 

What you will do:

  • You will be installing and upgrading end-user computers, based on predefined standards and automation procedures.
  • You’ll oversee employee onboarding and offboarding from our systems.
  • You will host new employee training on internal tooling and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • You will perform troubleshooting of users’ hardware and software issues.
  • You’ll be assisting with a wide variety of topics such as talking users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or using remote support tools, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • You will set up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • You’ll manage IT tickets via ticket tracking software and monitoring the progress of individual job paths.
  • You are also expected to document processes, installations, standards, and routines.

 

Who you are

Your qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • In-depth knowledge of client hardware.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Windows Defender.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server systems (Windows 2012 and above).
  • You are driven by the desire to constantly improve
  • You have excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with users to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • You are a team player.
  • You have strong problem-solving, communications, and organisational skills.
  • You are business fluent in English.

As is common practice in the Netherlands, we offer an initial 1 year contract with the view to this being made permanent thereafter
