About the Role

 

In this role you will play a key part in keeping HR operations running smoothly across Europe while driving continuous improvements. We’re looking for someone passionate, structured, and proactive, someone who takes ownership and navigates challenges independently. What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle in our HR systems (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, etc.).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR systems.
  • Supports the payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple European countries (Netherlands, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, and Italy.)
  • Support audits, HR projects, and process improvements.
  • Standardize HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with local labor laws across Europe.
  • Support the technical and operational aspects of the annual salary review process while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Act as super user for the company’s HR systems and tools.
  • Prepares and provides report analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Manage insurance and pension vendors.
  • Maintain and update records in the HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations within international HR processes

Who you are

 

To be eligible for this position, this is what you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in an international work environment, handling multi-country HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compensation structures, and HR regulations across multiple countries.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (business proficiency); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in HR technology, including HRIS, payroll software, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of European labor laws and compliance requirements.
