By applying for a job offer at vwd, you give us your consent to process your personal data and to use it within the framework of a recruitment procedure.

We collect and process the following data: First and last name, age, postal address, e-mail address, previous and/or current position(s) as well as the data you have provided with your application (hereinafter referred to as "Data").

Your data will also be used to contact you and process your application.

You are under no obligation to provide this information. Your data will be processed based on your consent.

If you object to the processing of your data, it will be deleted and the application process will be cancelt.

We would like to point out that, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, which entered into force on 25 May 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "DSGVO"), when processing your data, you have the right to be informed as to whether we are in possession of your data. In accordance with these regulations, your data may be stored by vwd for a maximum period of 6 months. 14 days before end of this period, you will receive an e-mail requesting you to update your data. If we do not receive a reply from you within 14 days, your data will be deleted from this system.

Your data is not subject to automatic processing. Within the scope of the data processing described, all necessary technical, organizational and security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, falsification, disclosure, destruction or loss of your data. These will be stored for the entire duration of the data processing in computer centers in the European Union. Except for corresponding legal, regulatory provisions or court rulings, access to your data remains restricted to the current employees of vwd and, if applicable, its contractors.
