Our London office is looking for a service-oriented and proactive Customer Success Manager. You will become part of a global customer success team of 20 colleagues working in 10 countries within Europe.

The CSM will manage a portfolio of customers and the main goal is to increase the value for our delivered products and services for customers and ensure that they are as successful as possible with our provided products and solutions.

This will in in turn, improve customer lifetime value for the company through low churn rates and up-sell.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue retention
  • Establish and maintain strategic account plans and customer meetings
  • Responsible for Customer Net Growth of a portfolio of customers
  • Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities for our customers
  • Represent the "voice of the customer"
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationship with defined focus customers
  • Drive customer experience that will make world class retention and advocacy
  • Ensure successful deployments and onboarding of provided solutions
  • Work collaboratively across functions to drive  retention and growth
  • Consult with customers, guiding them to adapt our solutions to achieve their goals
  • Achieve customer satisfaction goals (e.g. specific NPS score)
  • Work closely with sales and product management to ensure that customer needs are being prioritized and addressed appropriately

Who you are

  • 5+ years' experience as Customer Success, Sales, Key Account or Business Development Manager in the B2B software industry
  • 2+ years' experience in the Fintech industry
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of software technologies
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with strength to build productive business professional relationships
