We are looking for a smart, pragmatic, clear communicator who loves to solve problems with original thinking, drive features and is able to work as part of an agile team in order to make us collectively stronger.

Within the Development team, you will work as a Data-oriented Back-end developer. You will mainly work on data integration and processing, application architecture, and also on communication with the front-end. You will be a driving force for the implementation of new features, with a particular sensitivity to performance issues. You will set up monitoring processes. In collaboration with the quality department, you will improve the internal tools for detecting anomalies.

 

What you'll do:

  • Designs, codes and modifies complex computer programs and database architectures, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes and scripts.
  • Performs necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc.
  • Assists the Development team in various phases of development, including design, implementation, integration, revision control, release and the maintenance of multiple products and systems.
  • Facilitate in the growth of other developers through code review and one-on-one interaction.
  • Coordinate with other team members when tackling harder developmental efforts.
  • Continue to stay on top of the latest technologies and see how they can be applied to Infront’s needs throughout the organisation.

Who you are

  • Skilled in developing Java/J2EE applications.
  • Skilled in SQL.
  • Skilled in mining and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems to include the use of the management tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for design, analysis, development, validation and implementation.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to participate in projects against established timelines with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to participate in requirements gathering sessions.
