We are looking for a digital designer to help shape how our products are designed, built, and experienced by our customers. Contributing to both day-to-day design tasks and the continued maturation of our design system.

As part of the Design Team at Infront, you will work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and technically viable solutions for complex, data-driven products.

This is a role for a designer who wants to grow their impact, work with experienced product and tech teams, and develop their skills within enterprise-grade products.

The role includes both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design responsibilities.

What you will work on

• Designing user interfaces and user experiences across our product portfolio
• Contributing to the development, implementation and use of our design system
• Designing with component-based systems in mind, ensuring scalability and consistency
• Taking part in user research activities
• Designing solutions that are both user-centered and technically viable
  Working with product managers, clients and developers from concept to implementation
• Translating client requirements into clear user flows, interfaces, and prototypes.

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of experience working as a UI & UX Designer for digital solutions and web applications
• Strong Figma skills
• Good understanding of component libraries (e.g. Storybook) and how design translates into code
• Experience with or interest in design systems
• Interest in user research and willingness to learn
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• You do not need to be a frontend developer, but you should be comfortable designing within technical constraints and thinking in components, states, and variants rather than one-off mockups.
