In this key role, you will take responsibility for legal consulting, contract drafting, and the further development of our contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Contract Management team, ensuring professional and disciplinary guidance.
- Develop, implement, and standardize contract templates, general terms, and conditions to enhance efficiency.
- Review, organize, and maintain contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and streamlined operations.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage national and international agreements, including customer, partner, and service provider contracts.
- Provide legal advice to management and company divisions on contractual and business-related legal matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, sales, customer service, product management, marketing, data protection) on contract-related projects.
- Enhance contract management processes, including storage, retrieval, and renewal tracking.
- Oversee the further development of automated contract creation tools to improve standardization.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and support international subsidiaries on legal matters.
Legal Expertise:
- Legal background with successful completion of the first and second state examinations.
- Expertise in software contract law, copyright law, general contract law, and data protection law.
Skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Experience with document management systems like ELO.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Ability to work carefully and effectively, even under time pressure.
- High level of commitment and a structured work style, always prioritizing customer needs.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
