About the Role

Do you want to do things differently? We do this through our Core Values: Own It, Stay Curious, and Stronger Together! We are in an exciting phase of growth, and are looking for an IT Compliance and Security Advisor to strengthen our IT Compliance Team.

In this business critical role, you will be reporting to the Head of Cloud & IT Compliance and will drive and enhance our security program for production and backend systems running in a hybrid environment, including business continuity management (BCM).


Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and improving security guidelines, technical & organisational measures, documentation, and controls in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Supporting internal stakeholders from development, infrastructure & operations, product management, and data protection with hands-on knowledge on security design patterns, standards, and best practises
  • Support internal and external IT security and IT compliance audits
  • Plan, implement, and control internal awareness training on cyber security for different internal target audiences

Who you are

  • University degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Working experience with on-Prem and hybrid cloud environments
  • Strong working experience with at least one of the following hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an IT Security role with hands-on working experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of security and industry standards / best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, CIS) and their application in hybrid cloud environments
  • Ability to work independently and creatively with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills
  • Curiosity and strong desire to work with new and upcoming technologies
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in German, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, French or Italian is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally
  • Demonstrable knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker/containers, CICD etc is a plus
  • Industry recognized certification in security (e.g., CISSP, CCSK, CISA, CISM etc.) are a plus
