Our Contract Management team in Frankfurt is actively seeking an individual with a legal background to be our next Contract Manager and to strengthen our team.

In this role you will act as an interface between our internal departments such as Sales and Content and our international data suppliers.

 

In this role you will:

  • Define and create templates for customer agreements worldwide
  • Create and review customer specific agreements and partner contracts in German and English language
  • Provide support to the Sales team in the customer contract process
  • Provide advice on legal issues related to customer agreements
  • Be the interface between Product Management and Content Management with regard to contractual issues
  • Be the central legal contact person for our compliance team and data protection officer concerning inquiries and projects regarding data protection and compliance
  • Maintain our contract templates in our contract management tool and be main contact person responsible for projects regarding enhancements of the tool

 

Who you are

 Qualifications/ skills needed:

  • You have completed at least your first German state law examination
  • You have very good knowledge of data protection law, software contract law, copyright law, general contract law, and general terms and conditions law
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Word
  • You have experience with document management systems, e.g. ELO
  • You are fluent in German and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Distinct economic understanding and risk awareness

  • You are persuasive with strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to work carefully and purposefully, even under deadline pressure
  • You have a high level of commitment and a structured approach to work, always with the customer in mind
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility, you take the initiative, and you enjoy working in a team
