Our new Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a new colleague to be based in either Oslo or Frankfurt. In this brand-new role you will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Transformation and you will help us improve and streamline the way in which we operate as a whole.

This position is perfect for someone who loves to travel, especially across Europe. We believe that building relationships and gaining buy-in is key to this role’s success – and we believe this is best done in person.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and coach Business Excellence / Lean improvement initiatives
  • Lead and own the end-to-end process (value stream) definition, re-engineering and implementation with the value-stream owners, process owners and key internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead workshops to define and document underlying processes (incl. refinement of processes, roles and responsibilities, interfaces, and expectations)
  • Coach and train (senior) managers, project leaders and teams in complex improvement and change initiatives
  • Be the ambassador and coach for the overall change process
  • Monitor benefit realisation of the project and report regularly on the project progress, while managing the project risks

Who you are

  • Higher education in Business Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Excellent in English written and verbal; German, Norwegian or Italian is a plus
  • Significant experience in Lean methodology, systems and toolboxes
  • Experience in streamlining and automating end-to-end processes, including People change
  • Excellent conceptual and analytics skills coupled with pragmatic problem solving and a hand-on implementation attitude
  • You are a problem solver, with a yes we can attitude and focus on delivery, while mobilising the organisation
  • Experience in business analysis and writing specifications
  • Ability to share knowledge and expertise, and experience in coaching others
  • Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
