We need to expand our HR team with an enthusiastic, results-driven and accurate Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are looking for a strong communicator, who has excellent organisation and networking/sourcing skills. As a member of our HR team, you will report directly to the HR Director, with a dotted line to our Talent Acquisition Manager and will support us in our recruitment process (with a focus on IT roles), which covers the recruitment for the entire group (across 12 countries).

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the recruitment process, with a focus on our technical/ IT developer and IT Operations roles, from job intake to onboarding and everything in between. When needed, you will also assist with other vacancies across the business – for example in Sales and Business Administration.
  • Assisting with the hiring funnel: writing and promoting vacancies, screening applications and potential candidates, planning interviews and technical assessments, and guiding the process alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Active sourcing: developing a strong and diverse pool of candidates for all our locations and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.
  • Work closely with the business throughout the search process providing consistent communication and incredible service.
  • Supporting the team with developing employer branding strategies, attending events, and building partnerships with our third-party suppliers

Who you are

  • You have previous experience recruiting in-house or in an agency environment, with a focus on technical/ IT recruitment
  • You are familiar with Software development in general (our products are diverse and we use various technology stacks, including Java, C++, Angular, Delphi, C#)
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry or Technology business would be a plus
  • A relevant Bachelor/ Masters degree
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German. Although not necessary, it will be a plus if you are fluent in another European language which could be used for our locations (e.g. Norway, Sweden, Netherlands)
  • Proven ability to work independently. You manage your time wisely by organising, planning and prioritising tasks accordingly
  • You work accurately, you pay attention to details and you are keen to further optimise our recruitment process
