Infront is in an exciting phase of growth, and we need to expand our Talent Acquisition team with an enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven Talent Sourcer/ Junior Recruiter.

We are looking for a strong communicator, who has excellent organisation and networking/sourcing skills. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will report directly to the HR Director, with a dotted line to our Talent Acquisition Manager and will support us in our recruitment process which covers the recruitment for the entire group (across 12 countries).

In this role you can expect to support our growth by identifying and engaging with great talent and communicating and developing lasting relationships with candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and priorities to create sourcing strategies
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate communication and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Research, test, and evaluate new tools and methods to attract talent
  • Source, screen and interview candidates and lead them through the entire interview process
  • Assist with creating and posting attractive and eye-catching job posts
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for every candidate no matter the outcome!

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a must
  • You are a natural networker and strong communicator who builds relationships quickly
  • You have a good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and you are curious about current market trends
  • You have a structured way of working and you are able to prioritize a variety of tasks and to complete them diligently
  • You have the ability to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • You are fluent in English. An additional language (German, Dutch or Norwegian) is a plus
