About the Role

 

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in driving cross-functional success by collaborating closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance. As a core team member, you will contribute to setting clear and attainable objectives, and you will work with dedication to meet them.

This role requires a proactive and accountable approach, with a strong commitment to shared goals and the team’s overall success. Your contributions will directly influence the alignment of strategies across departments, enhancing both operational efficiency and overall impact.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into visually engaging dashboards that deliver valuable insights.
Gain a deep understanding of company processes, workflows, and standards to develop impactful BI solutions.
Follow and improve upon established processes and standards, proactively driving improvements and change.
Manage and administer the organization’s BI system, ensuring responsiveness and timely issue resolution.
Oversee deployments and ensure robust data structures by designing optimized data models and fine-tuning queries.
Transform raw data into meaningful insights by understanding usage patterns and data flows.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all reports and dashboards.
Stay update with Power BI and MicroStrategy developments, leveraging new features and best practices.
Provide exceptional support to stakeholders, ensuring their data needs are met.
Document all builds and tests to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

 

Who you are

What you bring:

 

Advance proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
Advance proficiency in MS SQL ETL processes and Microstrategy Datawarehouse, including tuning and optimization.
Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices.
Experience in creating functional, efficient and visually compelling reports.
Understanding of database concepts and network infrastructure.
Understanding of data management (permissions, recovery, security, monitoring).
Proactive and data-oriented mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team, can do attitude.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

 

Bonus points for:

 

Experience in shared, multi-technology infrastructure.
Background in automation of routine tasks, streamlining development pipelines, version control.
Familiarity in banking/finance industry.
Hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP, Salesforce and/or HubSpot datamodelling and ETL connectors.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (Entitlement) systems,
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
