About the Role

 

Our Finance Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Finance Department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in the broader international finance field and can be used as an excellent springboard for any finance candidate.

 

The successful candidate will be joining the Treasury & Finance Operations Teams and be responsible for setting up and maintaining a robust Governance process around user access to finance and banking applications.  You will be the key contact person in Finance for the onboarding and offboarding of employees to and from these applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Fact finding on existing banking systems across the group and creating reports on current operational risks, with a view to implement short-, medium-, and long-term strategies in those same risks mitigation.  
  • Set up a database of banking/finance applications with their user(s) access(es)
  • Create, manage, and disable user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels throughout the user’s lifecycle within the organization. 
  • Maintain the banking administration relationships, across the group’s bank portfolio.
  • Monitor user access in other systems with financial implications and carry out periodic audits.
  • Trouble shoot errors related to conflicting access rights.
  • Define and enforce access policies, ensuring that users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties while maintaining data security and compliance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accesses policy are periodically reviewed and corrected where required.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a finance-related role.
  • Knowledge of banking platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Preferred but not required bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of office work experience.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Programs such as: Microsoft NetSuite, Excel, Power point.
  • Cobase, Commerzbank’s online portal, Danske bank’s District, SAP.
