About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will contribute to the development and integration of market data solutions into portals and related web implementations for banks, brokers, media houses, and other clients, using a mix of frontend and server-side technologies. Working closely with colleagues across engineering and product, you will support the delivery of these solutions and take responsibility for parts of the system from development through to production, with guidance and collaboration from the wider team.

We welcome applications from both experienced engineers and graduates with a proven track record in web development who are motivated to take on responsibility and further develop their skills in a production environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software components and features across the full stack
  • Support the delivery of end-to-end solutions based on business and technical requirements, in collaboration with customers, product, and engineering
  • Assist in validating technical feasibility and contribute to solution design in line with system capabilities and engineering standards
  • Participate in client-facing discussions to understand needs, support delivery, and help ensure solutions align with agreed functional expectations.
  • Gradually take on greater ownership in technical decision-making and help shape solution architecture for customer implementations over time.
  • Take responsibility for the quality, reliability, and maintainability of assigned components, including testing and performance improvements
  • Help debug and resolve issues across development and production environments, including participation in 3rd level support when required
  • Contribute to monitoring application health and observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
  • Work within agile ways of working, contributing to planning activities, delivery coordination, and accurate task tracking

Who you are

You have experience with:

  • Backend development using C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+)
  • Frontend development using TypeScript and JavaScript, with one or more modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Svelte
  • Designing and consuming APIs, with an understanding of authentication and security
  • Working across the full stack to deliver features end-to-end
  • Working with CI/CD and deployment pipelines (e.g. Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions)
  • Integrating and using monitoring, metrics, and observability in production environments
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including unit and integration tests
  • Debugging and resolving issues in both development and production environments
  • Feeling confident working in a role that includes direct customer engagement as part of the delivery process.

Your experience may come from:

  • A professional software development role, or
  • Graduate-level experience combined with strong practical web development projects, internships, or relevant hands-on experience
