About the Role

 

We are expanding our commercial presence in Switzerland to strengthen relationships with existing clients and to grow our business across the financial services market. To support this expansion, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who will play a key role in building long-term partnerships and driving new business with banks, asset managers, and wealth managers. In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and take full ownership of developing and converting a high-quality sales pipeline.

 

As New Business Sales Manager, you will: 

  • Lead new business development in Switzerland with a strategic focus on banks and asset managers 
  • Strengthen and expand our market presence by building and managing senior-level client relationships 
  • Own the full sales lifecycle end-to-end, from outreach and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and handover 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business models, challenges, and regulatory environment 
  • Operate independently, building and leveraging a strong personal and professional network 
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions 
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making 

Who you are

  • Min. 5+ years of experience and proven track record in B2B new business sales within the financial services sector 
  • Experience selling to banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and/or institutional investors 
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment processes, and professional investor needs 
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, consultative solutions with longer sales cycles 
  • Strong hunter mentality paired with a structured, disciplined sales approach 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior management level 
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
