Key responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and potential customers to define, articulate, and prioritize country-specific requirements for the European expansion of Infront Wealth Management
• Work with development teams across Europe, including in Switzerland, Zürich and Lugano, Germany, and the Nordics, to ensure high quality product implementation tailored to each market.
• Act as the public face of Infront, delivering persuasive presentations and representing the product at customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
• Be the solution ambassador, championing Infront Wealth management solutions, both towards customers and employees.
• Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting wealth management and banking in Europe.
• Collaborate closely with the Wealth Management leadership team in Switzerland, Germany and Denmark and wider product management and technical teams to align and implement strategic priorities.

• Proven experience in wealth management and/or asset management industries.
• Deep understanding of European market needs, particularly in Benelux and DACH regions.
• Expertise in translating customer needs and value into clear product solutions and requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a persuasive public speaking style.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in software development and sales.
• Knowledge of WealthTech, FinTech, and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple country-specific requirements for European market expansion.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends impacting wealth management and banking in Europe.
• Strong collaboration skills with leadership and technical teams across multiple countries.
• Desire to innovate and drive product development in a fast-growing FinTech environment.
