The Client services specialist is responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and keeping high customer satisfaction.

 

Client interaction

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
  • Regularly contact the client, in adherence to the company communication policy.
  • Take care of client's needs, set priorities, protocol all interactions.

 

Service support

  • Dispatch requests to the first level of support or solve them if possible and easily done.
  • Define sprint candidates for change requests and bugs and track their completion.
  • Provide a detailed description of change requests to the Business Analyst.
  • Bill change requests.
  • Contribute to the training documentation and how-tos under supervision of the product manager.
  • Stay up to date with Assetmax functionality.

 

Mandate lifecycle

  • Support the sales team in the preparation of offers and contracts. Analyze and deliver the cost estimation for the setup project and for contractual change requests.
  • Take over new client relations as soon as the contract has been signed.
  • Support the onboarding and setup process and ensure the signing of the acceptance protocol.
  • Support client offboarding projects.
  • Collect information necessary to bill clients.
  • Maintain customer lifecycle administrative documentation.

  • Ability to work in a team and social skills in dealing with customers.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Knowledge of wealth management business as a plus.
