About the Role

Do you want to do things differently? We are in an exciting phase of growth, and Infront is creating a brand new Sales Development team in Amsterdam to support the rapid expansion of our company in the European market.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Infront you will play an important role in the sales organization, and will work closely with our marketing and sales managers across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany and Austria to generate leads and build pipelines.

As an SDR you will be the person that opens up conversations with exciting new customers in the financial industry for Infront, and you will work with a cross-cultural multidisciplinary team.

As part of your training, you will also get to spend 1-2 weeks in one of our other offices for training and to meet colleagues.


What you will do:

  • You are the first point of contact with potential new customers
  • You will do proactive outbound prospecting, reaching out to prospects by phone, mail, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • You will manage and qualify incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • You understand potential customer pain points and needs and generate interest in Infront’s solutions
  • You will provide Sales Managers with detailed notes for the qualifying leads and assure the opportunity is understood so next steps are clearly defined
  • Based on your experience and track record, you might hold customer meetings and close deals on your own

Who you are

  • You have strong selling and influencing skills
  • You have 1+ years of experience in a similar role or just graduated from a commercially oriented study or similar.
  • You have strong communications skills in English plus one other language like Dutch, German, Norwegian or Swedish is a plus.
  • You have interest in the financial markets and the #FinTech technology that support Infront’s customers.
  • You are a self-starter and results-oriented person who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You hold a relevant Bachelor or Masters degree
  • You are result-driven, and you like measurable outcomes and strive to be the best.
  • You have the ability to make remote presentations to all levels of the customers’ organizations.
  • If you’ve made money in recent years trading Crypto or Shares and understand financial instruments you know our world already. If you’re a Quant with commercial skills you understand our world also.
