Our Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a new colleague in Frankfurt. In this brand-new role, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Transformation and will help us by leading the Customer Migration team and successfully migrate our customers to the Infront Professional Terminal products and solutions.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Make customer migration a success!
  • Manage the customer migration team (within a matrix organisation)
  • Collaborate with the Product Management and Development teams to provide the remaining functionality required for migration
  • Collaborate with the Head of Legal and the Customer Administration team with regards to customer contracts
  • Provide full transparency in the process, and highlight obstacles along the way 

Who you are

  • Excellent German and English written and verbal language skills, Italian is a plus
  • Very strong senior project management skills
  • Very strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Solving complex problems is no issue for you; in fact, this excites you!
  • You have the ability to make things happen and the words “not possible” doesn’t exist for you
  • You have proven success in customer migration in the financial service industry or fintech
  • Good understanding of customer contracts
