Our Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a new colleague in Oslo. In this brand-new role, you will report directly to the Chief Business Transformation Officer and will help us by project managing the Customer Migration team and successfully migrate our customers to the target product portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Make customer migration a success! From defining the approach, to planning the execution, until a product can be decommissioned. You own the migration.
- Manage the customer migration team (within a matrix organisation)
- Collaborate with the Product Management and Development teams to provide the remaining functionality required for migration, ensure agreed timelines, find pragmatic solutions and make things happen.
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal and the Customer Administration team with regards to customer contracts to migrate customer contracts and related revenues to Infront standard products.
- Provide full transparency in the process, and highlight obstacles along the way.
