Digital has altered marketing dramatically and continues to mature and evolve today, with web and other owned channels at the center of customer communication and engagement. The ever-changing landscape requires dedicated focus from a seasoned professional who can deliver the best customer experience across all our owned media.

A new role, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Web Marketing Manager is central to realizing Infront’s strategy to scale up the marketing function using an always-on digital approach.


In this role you will:

  • Take direct responsibility for all our owned media platforms across web and social media, building
    and refining the customer engagement strategy across platforms.
  • Have full ownership of our CMS, built using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) technology,
    overseeing content management, page builds, UX and on-page engagement metrics.
  • Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core website, social media pages and associated
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on content briefs and acquisition strategy, advising on UX and website best practices, translating the marketing vision into beautiful and effective webpages.
  • Optimize execution across owned media to engage audiences and deliver campaign objectives.
  • Deliver best-in-class web strategies, pushing the envelope by utilizing new techniques, tactics, and the best agencies.
  • Monitor all owned media to achieve benchmark results for time-on-site, bounce rates, and content cross-promotion.
  • Ensure the website is compliant with laws and regulations and company guidelines.

Who you are

A great Web Marketing Manager will have many (but not necessarily all) of these qualities:

  • Experience with any CMS tools is a must-have. Previous exposure to AEM solutions and understanding of SEO would be beneficial but not strictly necessary; an understanding of cloud technologies would also be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of web tracking and attribution as well as UI/UX Design and A/B testing.
  • Experience building and leveraging user journey mapping to develop exceptional experiences for different personas.
  • In-depth experience with web analytics tools, such as Google and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • A data-centric approach to marketing, comfortable with a wide range of data and able to derive insight to support fast decision making.
  • A customer-centric design style to engage customers on our owned media.
  • Strong technical skills in the areas of website performance, content delivery, and optimization.
  • You have experience working across multiple European cultures and languages, bringing cultural awareness and nuance to drive effectiveness.
  • A strong point of view on what great digital looks like when balancing across different mediums and tactics to deliver high levels of engagement.
  • A natural collaborator, you communicate clearly and effectively through your personal influence with multiple audiences.
