We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Product Solution Specialist team in either Oslo or Stockholm. In this role, you will be serving our European customers and will be part of our international specialists team consisting of 7 people. Our team is based in Frankfurt, Oslo and Stockholm and all report to the Head of Solution Specialists.

As a specialist, you will:

• Provide advice to banks who want to inspire investors with new innovative web offers.
• Consult on the architecture and required building blocks of innovative web and mobile solutions in the retail investment environment.
• Engage with sales managers in customer meetings, during which you will determine the specific requirements of the customer.
• Develop proposals for optimally suitable solutions in cooperation with the internal product management and development teams and present them convincingly to the customer.
• Identify market trends and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Help sales identify regional target markets throughout Europe, prepare campaigns, develop convincing sales materials, and ensure the quality of contractual service descriptions. You finally ensure a smooth hand over to the project teams to implement the agreed solutions.

• You will fit in particularly well with us if you have the following qualities:
• You possess a university degree related to the financial markets (e.g. business administration, economics, etc.) or similar
• Have practical work experience with financial web solutions of a bank
• Have a good understanding of common web and mobile technologies
• Have a very good understanding of the main investment financial products (shares, funds, ETFs, certificates, bonds etc.) and financial market data
• You have very good analytical abilities to fully understand customer requirements
• You are ready for on-site presentations to clients in Europe, together with Sales Managers
• You have good presentation skills
• You are curious about individual client situations and market developments
• You have a basic understanding of project management
• You are fluent in English and Norwegian. It’s a bonus if you also speak German
